Combined end strain insulator and strainer for fast and easy straining of steel electric fence wire. The insulated end strainer can be tied to a wooden strainer post, for a strong anchor to begin the fence line. The ratchet spool not only is used to connect the fence line, but the ratchet feature allows it to be tighten, to maintain a taught fence line.
